Company presentation – Q4 2021 and plan for Q1 2022

The previous year was full of interesting projects, but also great challenges. We closed 2021 and its last quarter, summarizing our impressions at our regular company presentation.

After the release of the main BE module into production at UNIQA Montenegro, in the previous quarter the focus was on stabilizing the operation of this module, which is the heart of our sCore 2.0 system. The plan is to put it into production in UNIQA Serbia in the first period in 2022. What makes us especially happy is the fact that another country, UNIQA Bulgaria, joined our family at the end of last year, and that we have started several joint projects for the sCore 2.0 system, which we plan to implement in the coming period. Besides that, we are mostly looking forward to the new architecture that we will develop in the coming years. It is planned to use modern technologies and switch to the latest system – sCore 3.0, which will be even more flexible, faster and better than its predecessor.

In order to improve cooperation with clients from Bulgaria, we have introduced English language classes for our employees who need them. Also, with the great support of experts from the region, we launched training in various, important areas of insurance, to improve the collective knowledge and understanding of insurance. In addition, we actively work on wellbeing and strive for a healthy lifestyle, so to maintain a good life balance, we have organized regular wellbeing programs for all our employees.

At the company presentation, we concluded what we learned in the previous quarter, in order to be better and more efficient. In the coming period, we are waiting for several challenging projects and activities that we will work on, in order to meet the expectations of our clients.
